Return Policy

We want you to love your NuKindz products as much as we do! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, or
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To start a return, contact us at info@nukindz.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and wellness reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used self-care tools, kegel devices, or massagers
  • Personal wellness accessories (e.g., yoga or recovery equipment) once used
  • Digital downloads or e-guides
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll happily send a replacement free of charge.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at info@nukindz.com
